Returns Policy

Cascade Health and Fitness LLC wants our customers to be fully satisfied. If within 30 days of your purchase from its arrival to you, you are not fully satisfied you can return it for a refund. Please call our customer service department at 425-402-4062 for instructions. Please ship your return product in its original packaging for protection or another equivalently protective form. Upon arrival to our facility the unit will be inspected and assuming it is non-damaged we will refund your product purchase price. Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
